At LittleOne, we offer a range of programs to suit the different needs of intended parents. You will need to apply for a place on our waiting list, and the surrogate herself will select the intended parents she would like to help.

Those who are accepted into one of our Affordable Surrogacy Programs will pay fees of just $55,000 for the whole process.

Gestational surrogacy

With gestational surrogacy, the surrogate mother is not biologically related to the child she carries. Your child could be related to you, your partner or to neither of you, depending on your fertility situation.

Twins program

We understand that many people, particularly those who have struggled with infertility for many years, may dream of twins. A selection of our surrogate mothers would like to carry twins for applicants who meet certain criteria.

Please note: Our Twins program requires higher fees, to reflect the extra medical care, insurance and other costs.

Siblings program

We offer a specialized program for intended parents who already have one or more children, and would like to grow their family further.

Donated eggs

If you are accepted into one of our programs and need to use donor eggs, we can help. We are able to provide donor eggs free of charge to selected participants.

Donated embryos

If you’re accepted into a LittleOne Surrogacy Program and need a fertilized embryo, we can help. We can provide donated embryos free of charge to selected participants.

LittleOne Baby Promise

We understand that our fees are still a large amount of money, and the thought of entering one of our programs and sadly not taking home a healthy baby is too heartbreaking to bear.

So we offer a unique LittleOne Baby Promise. If something goes wrong and you do not finish one of our programs with a baby in your arms, we will refund your fees in full.
